    As part of the vetting process Transport Canada, who is regulatory body responsible for the security of Canadians throughout the National Transportation System, require those going into secure areas of the airport to supply their FULL LEGAL NAME (first, middle, and surnames; no nicknames or initials) as well as BIRTHDATES. That information will be validated on site by checking it against your valid Government issued identification 

    Please note:
  • To help prepare for the event day, all volunteers will be emailed a handbook with role details before September 16. 
  • As volunteers arrive for their shift, they will receive a t-shirt and a quick orientation.
  • All volunteer shifts starting at the beginning of the day will involve assisting with event set up.
  • All end of day volunteer shifts will involve assisting with event take down.
